Directions
Take the Garden State Parkway to exit 63 and follow the signs for Route 72 East. At the end of the road turn right on Long Beach Boulevard and proceed south for a few miles. We are located on Bayview Ave. between 59th Street and 65th Street. Turn right on 59th Street go one block and turn left on Bayview Ave. The main club house is on the corner of 59th and Bayview. Registration for Regattas is a few blocks south on the right at the South Harbor Facility in front of the boat yard.

Long Beach Island is north of Atlantic City and south of Tom's River. The Island is located several miles offshore and is subject to coastal thermal breezes. Our summer winds are generally moderate, with lighter breezes in the morning, hardening to brisk (15-20 knot) winds in the afternoon. The air is usually steady and predictable. Race courses are located in the middle of the bay, and are west of the Inland waterway, which eliminates most outside boat traffic. The tidal range is 2.5 feet. The tidal current is a maximum of 1 knot with an even flow across the race course.
