FALL IN LOVE

Weddings halted when we began our Member’s Season for the Summer of 2024. The summer brought so many memorable moments, spectacular events, and famous BBYC sunsets of course!! But, July & August flew by and as our member’s season came to a close, we knew the excitement was not ending, but only beginning again as we started off our Fall Wedding Season!

As usual, September was our busiest month of the year, and we were so beyond grateful to host ELEVEN total weddings!!

SEPTEMBER 6th, 2024

We were happy to start our fall wedding season off with the wedding of one of our club’s members, Megan & Brady, on the 6th of September. As club members, they’ve seen the venue at its simplest, but their special day transformed it into a dream. Hydrangeas from Silk and Vine Florals adorned the club beautifully, and their unique wedding favor—custom matches—added a personal touch. 

SEPTEMBER 7th, 2024

Rachel & Jake followed on the 7th with a stunning deep green-themed wedding that was nothing short of breathtaking. Rachel wowed everyone in her unique two-piece dress, creating an unforgettable look that perfectly complemented the bold, yet elegant color scheme. Their wedding planner, Jeanne, from Bogath Weddings and Events, truly pulled out all the stops for this bubbly couple. With her talented eye for detail and impeccable design sense, she transformed the venue into a space that felt both vibrant and intimate, capturing Rachel and Jake's personalities in every aspect of the celebration.

SEPTEMBER 8th, 2024 

Alexandra & Thomas celebrated their big day on the 8th, closing out the first weekend with an energetic and unforgettable celebration. From the moment the groomsmen made their entrance early that morning to the lively cocktail hour that followed, it was clear that Alex and Tom’s wedding was destined to be a non-stop party. The energy in the air was contagious, with guests dancing and laughing all night long. Every detail of their day exuded fun and excitement, making it a perfect reflection of their vibrant personalities. 

SEPTEMBER 13th, 2024 

Laura & Brian celebrated their wedding on the 13th, bringing a beautiful touch of summer to their special day. The peachy pastel florals and accents they chose were soft and romantic, glowing gently under the warm hues of the sunset. The combination of colors created a gorgeous ambiance that was both serene and magical, perfectly capturing the essence of their love. Wildflower Farm Florals, the talented florist behind the stunning arrangements, truly outdid themselves, curating exquisite blooms that not only complemented the color scheme but elevated the entire aesthetic.

SEPTEMBER 14th, 2024 

Cara & Robert's wedding on the 14th embraced a classic beach vibe with Cara’s elegant cowl-neck dress, sea grass accents, and long-stemmed hydrangeas, creating timeless charm. The magic of their day was made possible by a stellar team of vendors, each exceptional in their own right. Their wedding planner, Jeanne from Bogath Weddings and Events, ensured everything ran smoothly, while photographer, Amanda Bonneau captured every beautiful moment. The Bachelor Boys Band kept the celebration lively, and florist, Lily in the Valley, created stunning floral arrangements. Candle stylist, Brianna Dini added a warm, intimate glow, and Rustic Drift provided the perfect rentals to complete the look. When these talented vendors came together, they made Cara and Robert’s wedding an unforgettable experience.

SEPTEMBER 15th, 2024 

Brenna and Kyle’s wedding on the 15th was anything but ordinary! While Sunday weddings are often quieter affairs, theirs defied expectations in the best way. A dazzling disco ball set the tone for the celebration, and a cigar roller from The Mobile Cigar Lounge added a unique touch that kept guests entertained. The couple’s fun-loving family and friends matched the energy, ensuring that the day was filled with laughter, joy, and unforgettable moments.

SEPTEMBER 21st, 2024 

Callie and Jeffrey kicked off the next weekend with a beautiful celebration on the 21st, offering a modern twist on classic white florals, accented with delicate hints of blue all provided from the talented Lily in the Valley Florist. Their décor was elegant and fresh, perfectly capturing their sophisticated style. A standout detail was their thoughtful shell ornament favors, which added a personal touch and served as a sweet memento for their guests.

SEPTEMBER 22nd, 2024

Sophie and Joe closed out our last member's wedding in style on the 22nd, leaving everyone in awe. Sophie looked absolutely stunning in her intricate A-line gown with elegant sleeves, a perfect match for the coastal ambiance of their celebration. Her bridesmaids, each wearing a different shade of blue, created a beautiful and cohesive look that added to the charm of the day. To close out this wonderful weekend, Christine from Lily in the Valley showed us why she is the ultimate floral designer. Her creativity and attention to detail brought every bouquet and arrangement to life, elevating the entire atmosphere.

SEPTEMBER 27th, 2024 

Then Kristine & Ryan on the 27th! WOW, did they make an entrance! They arrived gliding through the bay on an incredible Sea Hunt boat, with a 'Just Married' banner flying high—such a perfect moment for all their guests watching from our deck! We couldn’t stop talking about the unique blue and white vases holding their stunning floral arrangements. And of course, the real showstopper (besides the couple, of course!) was the jaw-dropping floral arrangement that graced our mantle, done by Reynold’s Flower Shop. It’s definitely decor inspiration for many BBYC couples to come! Luckily all of these elements were beautifully captured by Calla Aniska Boyd, an incredible photographer from Ann Coen Photography Company!

SEPTEMBER 28th, 2024 

We had the pleasure of welcoming Allie & David on the 28th for Allie’s wedding **featuring David! Seriously, these two brought so much humor and joy to their big day! We couldn’t get enough of the beautiful blue touches in their decor and floral arrangements, beautifully done by MDS Floral Design, included to make sure their dog 'Blue' could be part of the celebration too! The photos all came out incredible, by Ann Coen Photography Company, and perfectly capture this stunning couple’s big moment.

SEPTEMBER 29th, 2024 

And finishing the month with Dave & Dave on the 29th! How cool is it that we witnessed the wedding of a wonderful couple that just so happened to share the same name? Sounds like fate to us!! We loved hosting their big day, and were so impressed with their organized approach to their big moment. The day was carefully designed with classical nautical vibes in mind, and topped off with stunning white floral arrangements by Lily in the Valley Florist. They really thought of it all- we were amazed by the caricature artist they brought in that captured them and their guests in such a fun and exciting way!

NEW TEAM MEMBER

September 2024 brought so much excitement, and the timing worked out  perfectly to bring another team member on board right in the middle of it!!!

We added our new Wedding & Events Sales Coordinator, Delia Sheridan, to our team in late September 2024!!

The season was still in full spring & the fun only continued as October brought the club NINE more stunning Weddings!

OCTOBER 4th, 2024 

We kicked off the month with Charlotte and Matthew on October 4th, and what a celebration it was! We were absolutely blown away by the gorgeous wooden centerpieces that Matthew handcrafted himself for their special day. Charlotte and Matt brought so many personalized and heartfelt touches to their day and there was such a warm, loving energy as we watched them share a beautiful photoshoot on our dock!  The whole evening was filled with joy as they, along with their guests, danced the night away to their DJ from Over the Top Entertainment!

OCTOBER 5th, 2024 

Then, we had the pleasure of hosting Tiffany and James on the 5th! They absolutely lit up our spacious dance floor with an amazing, perfectly choreographed first dance that had everyone in awe. We loved how they personalized every detail, from the gorgeous nautical centerpieces, nods to their pup, Linc, and coastal silk florals- to the fun Pikachu wedding cake topper – it was all so unique and full of personality! Who could forget this wonderful occasion, lit up perfectly by a stunning fall bay sunset.

OCTOBER 6th, 2024 

Next, we had the joy of hosting Danielle and George on the 6th, and wow, their wedding left us in awe! Their floral centerpieces, by The Blue Chrysanthemum, were the perfect mix of whimsy and beachy charm! We adored how they named each table after a New Jersey shore beach town. Guests were welcomed with beach tags to guide them to their seats—such a fun, thoughtful touch for a truly beautiful Jersey Shore wedding!

OCTOBER 11th, 2024

On the 11th of the month, Jordan and Mike truly transformed the space, bringing an enchanting elegance that felt like stepping into a Swan Lake ballet! From the twinkling fairy lights hanging above to the colorful and vibrant florals, by  Erika Ward, we were completely captivated by their stunning décor! But, what really stole the show, was the couple themselves! Their love radiated as us, along with their wonderful guests, joyfully witnessed.

OCTOBER 12th, 2024 

We had such a great time welcoming Kalyn and Jackson on the 12th! Their wedding had the perfect mix of modern greenery, gold accents, and the cutest custom mirrors placed all around the venue! The floral arrangements, by Wild & Free Floral Design, brought a stunning element. All of this being wonderfully captured by Jessica Erb Photography! One of our favorite personal touches? The figurines of their two dogs- enjoying the first taste of their wedding cake—how adorable is that?

OCTOBER 13th, 2024 

Samantha & Charles hosted their celebration on the 13th, and they brought a completely unique flair to their big day! A stunning blend of romance and gothic charm, still with nautical vibes.  Their skull accents and "Til Death" signs setting the mood. Their love was celebrated through dark, timeless details, creating an atmosphere that perfectly reflected their devotion and style! It was a day to remember, perfectly captured by photographers from Enchanted Celebrations, full of mystery, passion, and unforgettable moments!!

OCTOBER 18th, 2024 

Next, Marlee & Andy on the 18th,  a perfect blend of modern elegance and coastal charm. Their bay beach ceremony was absolutely stunning, adorned with rentals from Rustic Drift, and complimented with the musical stylings of Ceremonious Strings. The stylish decor for their cocktail hour and reception set a beautiful backdrop for fun elements that kept guests entertained throughout the day. As the sun began to set, it painted the sky in stunning colors, creating a breathtaking moment for a memorable newlywed photoshoot, done by Calla Aniska from Ann Coen Photography, on the BBYC bay beach!! And, of course, no one left without a little gift—mini Heinz ketchups, a unique and thoughtful nod to the bride’s favorite!!

OCTOBER 19th, 2024

Kayla & Logan’s wedding on the 19th was a perfect blend of rustic charm and classic elegance! We were all absolutely swooning over the beautiful farmhouse tables they brought in from Rustic Drift, and the stunning floral accents that filled seemingly every corner of the space! Lily in the Valley Florist truly went all out for these two lovebirds, even adorning Rustic Drift's signature beer canoe with breathtaking arrangements. One of our favorite touches was the personalized engraved champagne glasses for the bride and groom—they added such a lovely classic feel to their big day! And of course, all of these incredible elements, and the stunning couple themselves, were beautifully captured by Ann Coen!!

OCTOBER 26th, 2024 

And finishing off the month with Patricia & Ryan on the 26th! Their wedding day was nothing short of beautiful! We could really feel the love between this kind couple, and their incredible friends and family that joined them on their big day. One of the highlights was the stunning custom wood photo wall, proudly displaying their new shared last name—a perfect backdrop for amazing memories!! The day was filled with love as the couple hosted a family photoshoot, done by Rachel from TMT Photography (Instagram:@tmt.weddings), that brought together their entire clan, capturing so many special moments!!

We couldn’t believe how mild the fall was this year! It felt like a prolonged summer most days. The temperature fluctuated but our wedding schedule kept going strong! November brought THREE more weddings to the club.

NOVEMBER 1st, 2024 

We started the month with Erin and Erick on the 1st, and they were the perfect example of a laid-back, easygoing couple. Working in weddings, you always hope for couples who bring that chill vibe, and at BBYC, especially with our beautiful beach setting, it’s often exactly what we get. Erin and Erick were an absolute breath of fresh air to collaborate with. Their fun take on beach décor complemented their breathtaking centerpieces of baby’s breath and white roses perfectly, creating a serene and romantic atmosphere. Their wedding was the perfect way to kick off the month, filled with joy, ease, and natural beauty.

NOVEMBER 2nd, 2024 

Virginia and Will followed on the 2nd with a stunning celebration that put a classic twist on simple beach elegance. The wicker details throughout the venue perfectly captured that classic Jersey Shore feel, bringing warmth and texture to the atmosphere. Virginia’s choice of calla lilies, draping gracefully over their cake, added a touch of sophistication and beauty that perfectly complemented the beachy vibe. From the thoughtful way they displayed their seating chart to the charming wedding programs tied with ribbon, every element was beautifully crafted. The canvas touches used as signage throughout the venue added a special touch. All being beautifully captured by Kelly Mour Photography. Jeanne from Bogath Weddings and Events, along with her amazing team, pulled together this gorgeous wedding for Virginia and Will!!

NOVEMBER 9th, 2024 

We wrapped up the month in style with Emma & Eric on the 9th! It was a memorable day, especially for our Assistant General Manager, Kelly, who stepped into a new role as a guest to celebrate her cousin’s big day at the club!  Their wedding was a beautiful blend of dusty blue accents, coastal, and shell decor, and elegant gold touches. The warmth that radiated through the space was palpable, and their crew knew how to bring the party to this special day! Who could forget the delicious custom craft beer their family brewed?! You could truly feel the love between Emma, Eric, and their families—it was a day full of joy, laughter, and unforgettable moments, all beautifully captured by Josh Ketcham from Ann Coen Photography!

The season was certainly flying by but wasn’t quite over yet! We were thrilled to host TWO more big days in December. The temperature started to get colder, but luckily our clear side walls made an appearance for both events, keeping our guests of honor and their amazing friends and families warm while still being able to enjoy our incredible view of the bay from our deck! 

DECEMBER 7th, 2024

Stephanie & Patrick enjoyed that view so much, they said their vows on our deck on December 7th with their closest family and friends in attendance. Their big day was filled with stunning floating candles, elegant greenery, and beautiful dusty purple roses that added the perfect touch. And let’s not forget the thoughtful pashminas they provided for guests, with the sweet note "to have and to hold in case you get cold!" It was a day full of love, warmth, and unforgettable moments!

DECEMBER 15th, 2024 

But, the month and our season wasn’t over yet, we had the privilege of hosting Serena & Samuel’s big day on December 15th! Their classic white wedding was nothing short of a dream! From the stunning display of elegant white hydrangeas, white linens, and taper candles, every detail was perfectly thought out. The day was filled with so many incredible, thoughtful touches—right down to the custom candles made for display and beautiful ribbons draped on the bride and groom's chairs. It was a beautiful celebration of love that radiated timeless elegance from start to finish!
